LOSE YOUR FIRST 10 When I was first starting my weight loss journey I had no clue where to start. Other than stop eating crappy food Tim. I didnt know what things to do first that would help. Although the one thing I did know is how I felt. Using that intuition I slowly began to eliminate certain temptations in my day. I will not lie to you this totally depends on how much soda you drink in the first place but the month I stopped drinking soda I lost 10lbs by that alone. So try out… Drinking more fresh water. I would say about 6-8 x 8oz glasses. Eliminate soda! It can come back once your in better control. And of course diet is an alternative I just cant stand the flavor the Dr Pepper one is the best IMO. Reduce sugar intake! I recommend nothing more than 10% of total cals. So if youre working with 2000 cals. Take 10% (200 cals) and divide it by 4 (cals in gram of carbs) and you will be allowed 50g daily. Get out more! Especially if you have a bigger dog that needs to move also. Or team up with a friend or 2 and make it a team effort. Add nutrient dense foods! Just a fancy name for food that has value inside. Like an apple is more nutrient dense than a Twinkie. I know its saddening. Laugh a lot. This one is almost as critical as the exercise. Because if you cant laugh a little youre taking this process far too seriously. Hope you guys enjoy!
