Ask yourself how will I feel after making this choice? – The simple act of stopping for 2 seconds and thinking about the consequences of your actions is extremely powerful. – As humans we often act on emotions without putting real thought into it. – Taking the emotions out of it by being mindful and thinking ahead about the consequences will often be enough to make us realise this isnt the best action to take for my goal. – If after you have thought about it you still want to smash the 6 pack of Krispie Kremes then do it but dont moan about it afterwards. – Own your decision but learn from them. – If and when the guilt comes ask yourself another question what could I have done to avoid this?
