Do you know how much cardio you should be doing to lose weight?.. . ‍♀The bottom line is you should do as much cardio as you need to keep your fat loss progressing. You don't need to do it right from the outset either (unless you want to do it for health reasons). . Adding cardio when your progress stalls is a great way of keeping things moving. If you're a guy then you could probably get to c.10% body fat without a drop of cardio. Then to get that extra push start supplementing your program
